The Role
We're looking for an experienced Fullstack Engineer who can move fast across our entire stack. You'll build features end-to-end—from user-facing workflows to backend systems that power our AI pipeline and exports.
What You'll Do
- Build complete features from frontend (Dart/SCSS) to backend (Golang/Python)
- Design APIs and services that connect our graphics editor to AI generation systems
- Implement import/export flows for PowerPoint, PDF, and other formats
- Scale infrastructure to handle millions of users efficiently
- Own features from concept to production, working across the stack as needed
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years building full-stack web applications
- Strong fundamentals in both frontend and backend development

We’re looking for an exceptional early-career growth generalist to help scale the growth and business functions at Napkin.
This is a broad, high-ownership role - perfect for someone who is hungry to learn, dependable, and deeply curious. You’ll work on high-impact initiatives across growth and business, including influencer/content partnerships, enterprise lead management, customer success, product demos, and more.
Think of this role as a launchpad. Based on your interests and strengths, you could evolve into a specialist path in Customer Success, Revenue Operations, or Growth. We’ll provide the opportunities and mentorship, but the direction will be yours.
